@maique Think of it this way: as your body temperature goes down, there’s a smaller gap between your body temp and the ambient room temp, so the room will seem warmer to you, and you’ll feel a little more flushed. Our bodies can’t tell the difference between our internal temp dropping and the room temp increasing. This is why my wife is always chilly in rooms I find too warm.

Sleep sounds like a good plan. You might just be more tired than you realize.
